HOW TO USE:

• On First day Place grains on bottom plate with water cover and keep whole assemble in safe place.
• Next day move this bottom plate to middle stage and Fill the bottom layer with new grains this way you will have sufficient super food for daily use.
• Next day move middle layer tray to Top layer and keep Bottom layer to Middle layer and Bottom layer fill with new sprouts.
• Next day eat the Top layer sprouts 1-2 spoons are sufficient but you can eat as you desire. Best to eat raw dont cook it.
